Juan and Building Destiny has completed quite a few projects for us and every time we are blown away by his hard work, care to detail and willingness to make sure we are happy. As with any job, things come up, (Appliance delivery for one) but Juan worked with me to make sure everything was right and to my liking. I have referred Building Destiny to friends on multiple occasions because I know for a fact he does a great job! From a galley kitchen demo - removing a wall and pantry, to all brand new cabinet, sink and appliance installs. Brand new electrical work, building a custom pantry and island, installing new fans and fixtures, hanging barn doors, painting and drywall I have never been disappointed! I had the pleasure to work with Juan, the owner of Building Destiny, during the addition of a studio/ mother in law suite to my house. When I started this journey I didn't have experience with picking general contractors, so finding one trustworthy was my number one priority since thousands of dollars was going to be on the line and there are plenty of stories out there about GC's stealing money and not finishing the jobs. I called about 4 companies and I am glad neither one of them panned out. From the first call/text I had with Juan, I knew his company was the one doing it. His communication is top notch and his prices are very very competitive. Juan is very knowledgeable about everything, and will have an answer for you. In construction, issues will arrive and Juan will handle them all. If you need to know, he'll let you know, if you don't, he won't bother you with those. When I say this dude is very up front and clear with everything I mean that and that is what I am most happy about working with him. Everything was done the right way and with pride. My addition looks awesome, matching my house. I am very happy to have worked with them and even after we finished, I am using them to do some other stuff around my house.
